detroitsprayfoam.com also applies injection foam. This water based foam is a excellent air barrier with a very high R-value. You can vary the attic and  roof deck insulation levels,  but in the wall you only have 3 1/2 inches  to work with.  Injection foam is the  best  option.  It provides 30-40%  more insulation value  than  any other option for an  existing structure!

Masonry block can be filled from the top during new construction. Existing masonry block can be drilled and injected from floor level. Commercial buildings can be retrofitted to reduce heating and cooling costs.

Residential and  commercial buildings can be injected from inside or outside. Hole sizes vary per structure. Holes are filled with wood plugs, styrofoam plugs or  mortar.
